It has a large enclosed garden making it an ideal base for a family holiday with children and dogs and has additional space at the front for parking cars and boats. The property is a very short distance to the beach and the coastal path.

There is an excellent village shop and the pub serves food and both are 5 minutes walk away. Apart from the beaches and sailing in Brancaster Staithe, Burnham Market with its numerous shops, cafes, pub and very good restaurant is about 3 miles inland
ng it safe for children.
